Padre Carlos' Ordination Reception
The Knights of St. Clement Council catered Padre Carlos' ordination reception in his home parish of St. Paul's in North Tampa. The Knights provided a wine & hors d'oeuvre reception while Padre gave a guided tour of his paintings. Dinner followed with a dual buffet line that included rosemary sea bass, chicken marsala and carved beef. Other items on the buffet were Alaskan snow crab meat w/ mustard sauce, Caprise salad, Kalamata & feta bruschetta, parsley new potatoes and Caribean vegatables.
